I noticed on drudge, the caption for the bus pic is


WHY DIDN'T YOU DEPLOY THE BUSES DURING THE MANDATORY EVACUATION, MAYOR?...

Does the timeline of the mayor issuing a mandatory evac preceed the time the buses flooded and no thought to using them to move people was implemented.

If so Stupid is much to kind an adjective for the mayor.

I read this morning that the New Orleans transit authority had 364 buses. Any guesses where they are now?
