A Perfect Storm of Lawlessness: What a great explanatory article, paret! Thanks for letting all of us know of this one. That's the second article I've seen from this source that was excellent....Didn't know of City Journal, and will look it up. In some ways, the criminals who are shooting and no-account looting, are like the ones in Iraq who we call terrorists or insurgents. The rif-raf in NO who are doing illegal things are of the same no-brain mentality. There may be some people who excuse this behavior (like Sharpton, Jackson, Jackson Jr., West, etc) but we need more of us to call it like it is. Criminal and Barbaric. And no, I'm not talking about looting food and water. Raping, torching, shooting, robbing, murdering, etc is what I'm speaking of. We ALL have choices every day. So do these people. No one is pointing a gun to their head to make them break the law and to harm their fellow man (and woman.) We as a society have to grow up and ENFORCE people be responsible and liable for their own actions, and stop giving billions of reasons why it is excusable to behave as a local terrorist.
