Paret, Very good question! I would speculate we haven't seen divine justice for many of the same reasons we do not see it in ordinary circumstances. Victims are, many times, unwilling to file official complaints or press charges for fear of reprisals and retaliation. This fear surely is magnified under the current mix of circumstances.

I share your concern that savage criminals are perhaps being pawned off on unsuspecting communities. Nevertheless, I think if any place is up to squashing them for being the vermin that they are, Texas is up to the job. <g> - Holly
