Am I wrong or would a leader who was really on top of things thrown everything he had at New Orleans the day he flew over it?

I think we have seen the real Bush in action once again. Just like the way he sat stunned not knowing what to do when he was first told about 9/11.

The problem is that Bush can't move unless told to by Karl Rove. Rove likely wanted to stage photo ops above all else so everything had to wait until Friday.

It truly is shameful.
