Maybe in the world of those dumber than horses, saying it on TV makes it so. But for those of normal intelligence a written or verbal direct request to those who are busy doing and not watching TV is the reality of what is required. Sadly timelyness in the world of the dumber than horses does not translate into reality in our real world. I wonder what is your source of some August 28 request??
