Here we go again, and at a most inappropriate time with Bush needing to concentrate on the Katrina disaster. If the Dems try and shut down the government over filibustering right when we need them to act on the Katrina thing and its reprecussions we all are gonna suffer.
I wonder if Bush might amend the Roberts nomination to add CHIEF to his title? If people thought Justice Rehnquist was a good man, which I think most do, Roberts clerked under him and many feel he is similar to him. jdn
