Franklin Graham (Billy's son) suggested on the 2nd day that churches and synagogues around the country take on as many people as their organizations can provide for. There are several camps, conference centers and retreats in the So. California area that are set up to handle thousands of people. These places have cabins, dorms and apartments and central dining rooms that feed hundreds/thousands at a time. I know of one that conducts retreats for 5,000 a week. There's also girl scout and boy scout camps with cabins and central kitchens. Surely the same thing exists in other places.
