Not sure why they are not using the resources made available to them... The enemy is the POS that are raping and killing people down there. They need to be exterminated.

So you saw from your perspective of life wisdom that the "lack of activity in getting the BASIC SERVICES WORKING" was the most outstanding thing. I thought myself seeing for the first time troops who had liberated millions of people, that it was indeed tragic that randomly the enemy was still showing up blowing themselves up in suicide hatred of good Americans. I am curious if you have any concept of safety and in having experts first go out and figure out what is screwed up after decades of neglect. I find you thinking some weird things that defy rational explanation. As to FEMA choosing among offered resources so as to have a balanced supported and protected set of services, I see rhyme and reason. There is no mystery, the enemy as usual is the stupid analysis of facts and events by those who are basically univerally clueless about the real world of doing it efficient and safe. In that I see such stupidity over and over it looks like deliberate stupidity.
