No. It does not have to be that complex. Its not about Bush knowing anything. Or even being his fault.

It is about having tents that the military owns. Loading them on a transport. Calling the head of the helicopter division of the Coast Guard and telling them to take them to the fairgrounds where water is waiting for them.

Then set up tents as soon as a C-130 drops them from the assend of the plane using small chutes. Just like they practice. Then set up some phone lines and let the victims of the storm call there extended family.

We already know how to do that. Why are we not doing that?

Why does it have to be so complicated? And in triplicate.

Why not just help the poor people?

First they have to do a press conference and defend their actions. Why don't they just shutup and do the work?
