President of Jefferson Parish, Mr. Aaron Broussard, said that FEMA cut his emergency communications. He had it restored and placed an armed guard to protect it.

This is going to play into the hands of the black helicopter / tinfoil hat crowd.

Who appear to be right about a number of items.
