If he was a Bushie who'd been in FEMA and had SOME experience, it might not be so bad. This guy had NO experience, and was FIRED from his last job for incompetence. It hilights a MAJOR problem permeating the chimpistration like a cancer, people elevated to positions of responsibility not because of competence and expertise, but because of ideaology and political loyalty. This one bit us BIG TIME. What's the NEXT one to do so?
