It's really tragic that Junior had to give up two days of vacation. He had already said he was too stressed out to spend 5 minutes talking to mother of a dead soldier so imagine his stress level now after being pulled away from the links.

It would appear the feds anticipated the needs before the governor of Louisiana got out from the front of the cameras and started doing something...

The mayor never has...

And they anticipated the needs of the governor how? By loading up medical ships nearly a week after the event? I am sorry, dude, there is no way to spin this to make it look like its the governor's or mayor's fault.
