What's your takeway from that fact, MM? Are blacks simply more animalistic than whites? Are Latinos similar in nature? Are their IQs weaker? What do you believe? Let me remind you that right in the middle of it, half the NO police force turned in their badges. Why do we have police officers if everyone is so law abiding?
