amazing just showed another clip where several various families refused to leave. One guy on roof of apartment building telling them anyone that wanted to leave the building already left long time ago. The rescue people leave shaking their heads.

it has to take us back to before the levey first broke. How many families would not get on a bus if one came bye. They all felt the water would clear up like after heavy rains or previous storms. a week later more and more families are refusing to leave their homes.
