That's the news I've seen as well. FEMA trying to block the evacuation and relief efforts. Obviously the man in charge of FEMA is a goon whose only career experience is managing a Horse Judging Federation - and he was fired from that. I noticed too that the Governor of Louisiana has hired the former head of FEMA to try to counter FEMA'a sabotage and document what FEMA is doing. Something is seriously not right and its coming straight from the White House. Maybe they think if they can make the New Orleans problem serious enough, it will bump Iraq off the news. .
