Laz, The inaction by officials in this disaster is indeed beyond reprehensible, but are you referring to Louisiana Governor Kathleen Blanco or to New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin as being the prime malfeasant, or both? From what I have read and seen, both deserve that jacket. It among my sincerest desires that they be hounded until the ends of their days, much like the decision-makers re the Titanic were. Of course, some prison time wouldn't hurt, either. - Holly
