Bush's Iraq War probably cost us New Orleans. The main blame falls on the head of FEMA and Bush not Blanco. Blanco may have not done well, but the majority of the responsibility for huge disasters and all the responsibility for levees is on the federal side. Also, most of Blanco's best National Guardsmen and their best equiopemtn was far away in Iraq where Bush put it. Bush also slashed levee security money last year. His excuse Iraq. Also, I notice you rightwinger liars aren't blaming Haley Barbour of Mississippi. Why? Because he's in the pocket of pollutors, Bushies and oil companies too. But he did even worse than Blanco. Why why not blame him? You ugly liar.
