I think you confuse these "softie tendencies" with some people's desires to make sure that everyone gets a fair shake and to understand why some people are so angry. To assume everyone of a particular coloring or ethnicity is bad is what led to the death of an innocent Brazilian. Calling all Muslims vermin is a blanket indictment that encourages that kind of thinking even if you yourself don't think that way in reality. ted
