Eh? Who brought up the subject of race? You did. I never spoke about race, until you brought it up. My point was that there is a criminal element that is running rampant in NO and that the article saying talking about the TYPE of person that was left had a really good point. If all of your educated, people of means, got out, who's left? The invalids and people who don't have means, meaning the poor people, are the ones who didn't get out. Now poor people are more likely to commit crime (that's a statistical fact). So it's not surprising that you have this rampant criminal activity and roving bands of gangs wreaking havoc. Now if most of the poor happen to be black, does that make this whole issue a racism deal? I don't believe so, but clearly you think there is a whiteman's conspiracy at work. I think that is utter bunk.

Of course, it's a racial issue. The people that were discussed in that article were mostly black. The poor underclass in this country is mostly made up of brown and black people, not white people. Its the reason why so many of our demographic statistics don't line up with Europe's......like the average length of life in this country.

So tell me why do you think some many brown and black people make up the underclass in this country? Just coincidence? Bad luck? What?
