That is part of it. The other part is bizarre behavior. Cutting emergency phone lines, not ordering the Bataan to render aid, although it was sent there for that reason. Um, turning those trucks of water that Walmart donated back as 'un-needed'. telling the Coast Guard to not give Jefferson parish the diesel fuel. Stopping food and water distribution for 3 hours while Bush did his photo op. Taking from Sunday to Thursday to pass the governor's acceptance of those Arizona National Guard units to Arizona so they could come.

You do not know the facts. Just as you didn't know a damned thing about the forged documents, you don't know anything about these anecdotal reports.

It is foolish to assume that an individual, who is obviously emotionally overwhelmed, has a complete grasp of the facts.
