Having read this, I would hope that FEMA will not spend too much time on Hattiesburg given the conditions in other areas of MS and in NOLA.

No, I'm saying I don't know what happened and I don't know what the circumstances were. For example, there may have been a limited number of functioning trunk lines and FEMA may have [properly] decided that IT needed those lines clear. I can think of many other reasons it might make sense for something like this to happen, but that would have been misinterpreted by a man in the midst of an emotional crisis. I can understand HIS not being able to see it, but I'm assuming you have no emotional crisis at the current time.

You are in no position to talk about anybody's hypocrisy.

I have no idea what you're talking about; I'm certainly a hypocrite. I'm sure you can properly accuse me of many things, but that isn't one of them.
