I think guns are still a better investment than gold. A man with a gun can take your gold, but a man with gold can't take your gun. Now, he might BUY your gun, at a grossly inflated price, but he won't be taking it. We'll have to see how this plays out, but it looks like things aren't at all in as good a shape as most of us thought. Our leaders seem delusional. Katrina is supposed to whack 25% of our oil supply and even more of our natural gas supply. Winter is coming up fast. My heat comes from natural gas, how about yours? (Maybe you're ok in Vegas) I could probably live without heat, even in the winter, but my water lines will freeze. Just some of my thought processes lately...
