Thanks Ken. I am going down to MS in the next few weeks to help my brother deal with his insurance company (Allstate) whose line so far is "this is too big for us to handle" Very reassuring. in the Oakland/Berkeley fire in 1991, the attempts by insurance companies to shortchange their customers was notorious. Look for more of the same in the Gulf. Ever heard of an organization called United Policyholders?
