How much heroin and cocaine do you think got flooded in basements in the city? I will bet a few people had a redistribution problem after that. NO is a major centre for H and C importation from Bogota and Europe.

My guess is a better part of it is now in the fr. quarter, which is high and dry. That may be why the poleese had such a problem getting around recently. People had to cover their tracks moving the stuff around.
