Your president actually made a stab at this week. He is your president, not mine. You and your fellow Americans elected him, I didn't. Just as the Germans were collectively responsible for getting Hitler into power - and also dearly getting punished for that by firestorms in Dresden, Hamburg, Kassel, Nürnberg and Würzburg - you would be in line for any punishment in line for GW elected as anybody would ever be. Fortunately, because of your fellow Americans, majority of which are conservatives, you would never be forced to endure such punishment. Stop whining, Ted. You are as co responsible as any of those guys you blast here every day. If you want to get off that responsibility, you could still move to Canada. You are a pathetic person if any, Ted.
