Yeah. We know. It's all Bush's fault. He caused the hurricane too. The Democratic guv of LA and mayor of NO has no responsibility in any of this- -even though they were closer to the problem and SHOULD have had a better understanding of it and could have done more faster. It was no responsibility of the mayor's to know the predicted storm surges were twice the levee height or know that levee height. Not at all. Or to order idle busses to be put to use getting people with no transportation to safety ahead of the storm. Want to play partisan? It's a double-edged sword.
