....kerry boy would have made a difference as to whether a storm hits the USA or not. Your brains are in your balls. Show me where I said Kerry would have made a difference "whether a storm hits the US or not." Either you are a bloody moron or a ass to think I would say that. Kerry would have made a difference in how the emergency relief and aid would have been handled, not whether a storm struck or not.
