Everything that was done at the Federal level, could have been done three days sooner. This is not, in any way, shape, or form, a true statement. For example, would you say FEMA's, followed by Bush's INSISTENCE that the mayor declare a mandatory evacuation after the mayor declined to do so, would you say THAT should have been done three days sooner? Could you be specific so that someone inclined to do so can explain to you why you're wrong (if you are)? Thanks.
