Ted, I should have explained that the professor I'm talking about spent many years in Korea and is now a Korean history and literature professor. Possibly one of the foremost experts in his field. In any case, I'm just refuting what Taro said, that somehow you have to be the race in order to understand the race. That's not only incorrect, but it also contributes to the strain in race relations when someone from one race can't make honest assessments of another race. Tenchusatsu
