Joined the Army in 1941...boot camp and training was in Louisiana. He just told me that the big talk back then was that N.O. was an accident waiting to happen...underwater. Couldn't take a direct hurricane hit. So SIXTY FOUR years later and it still wasn't fixed right...that's Roosevelt, Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, GHW Bush, Clinton, GW Bush ... And it still wasn't fixed right to take a Cat4 hurricane... But it's ALL GW Bushes fault...this is just silly.
