I'm with ya. All I know is that homeland security money turned into nothing but pork projects in every state I heard about.

You know what a very effective use of homeland security money would have been? A DARPA project to find alternative fuels. But nooooooooooo ...........

The problem is, NO had plenty of busses. They just didn't use them:

The first picture is a little over a mile from the Dome. Interesting to see those cars in the first picture high and dry, while Nagin's Navy is in 4+ ft of water.
