I'm sure in NO they probably hired people to fly around the oil rigs in the gulf and protect all the oil infrastructure with video surveillance and guards. Who knows? They've got some giant docks out there in the gulf that suck the oil out of the supertankers. It's a VERY important area, energy-wise. As we'll ALL be learning first hand in the months to come... What is it they say about war, that the gernerals are always fighting the LAST war?
