Wonder what reason Bush had to hire him to head such as important agency when he was fired from the directorship of the horse agency. And Bush that that he was a comparable replacement to Mr. Wise is baffling.

I think we CAN assume that Kerry would have fired his cable TV repairman as mayor of NewOrleans long ago.
