What 'fact'????

"The death tax discriminates against the productive members of society."

Less so then ANY tax on wages, or on income... or even taxes on 'wealth', I think.

At estate transfer time, the 'productive members of society' are now FORMER productive members... having departed for the great beyond.

Whereas people WORKING for a living are STILL 'productive members of society', as you put it.

What do you propose to do about the deficit which will because by repeal of the inheritance tax. Our debt is close to $8 Trillion and increasing at the rate of $600 Billion per year.
