That article was not a news story, Alan. It was mildly critical of the Bush administration's handling of Katrina, however, and some of the ideas it suggests might be good, like enterprise zones. It does not answer what I thought was the central question these last few days, and that is who fumbled in the initial disaster relief with the result that so many people died, were without food and water, etc. Civil order broke down--I don't think that was necessary. What I was hoping for was a definitive answer to what the governor and mayor asked for at the beginning of the flooding, and what happened (or didn't) to cause such chaos.
