I don't see it but heard that Northcom was ready to go well before Katrina made it to NO. They just didn't get the go ahead from Bush who was ON VACATION. Meanwhile, Rove is out making sure all Republican operatives and slugs blame the mayor and the governor. Pretty soon, they'll start to blame Clinton who said that WE SHOULD NOT REPEAL THE ESTATE TAX THIS WEEK. Instead, he said, we should give tax breaks to the poor devastated by the hurricane. Hey Bill, duck!
