Just waiting for the spin on this one.
I am sure the date will be of issue.
Oh and Stang you can a expect an attack on yourself that is a given. Response on this board relating directly to the letter
you can forget about that. Well Natural and the rest of you this is exactly what we were warning you about. Did anyone ever see disclosure concerning this, it sounds material to me. I guess when one has the ego of mikey not even the FDA deserves respect. Keep it up mikey, just another FAST-1 eh!

Thanks for the information Stang. I am glad that you still occasionally check on us here. The oldtimers appreciate all that you have done to help us stay abreast of the developments that are not reported by Pyng. I agree with mf160 I would have thought that this "warning letter" would have required disclosure in the June 05 Q3 statements. There could be another "warning" coming from the Securities Commission regarding neglecting to make a required disclosure of a significant event.

But your development will not be appreciated by the new comers to the forum as this is not positive news. Although since you provided the link to the actual letter they can not say this is negative rumor mongering like they did with LOR military sales report. I don't expect that Jacobs will respond as he has not posted on the forum since April 05. Since he bragged about the April monthly profit of then $137K then delivered only $140K for the quarter he has been pretty silent. I hope that this letter has not had an adverse effect on the military's willingness to order FAST1s to fill the Pyng reported tremendous need created by its inclusion in the TC(cubed) manual.

Thanks again.
Best Regards
Jack

Hi Stang,
Nice to see that you are still out there. Just ignore any negative replies concerning your post. A couple of new-bees (natural-p and p-islander) may start groaning and moaning .....they being very wet behind the ears and deathly afraid that they won't be able to make a profit on the 500 shares they jointly own.... Thanks for the input and maybe this is why Jacob's has made efforts to attain ISO status etc. over the past year....OF COURSE, why worry the shareholders with his FDA problems....THAT would be too much like "disclosure" and we wouldn't want to upset the stake holders now would we.....

All the best,

LOR

Stang,

Here is the contents of an email I sent with the response from MJ about a year ago regarding the FDA issues.

MJ's response:

Yes Steven this has been rectified. It was a procedural error that has been cleared up.

Subject: FDA Violations?

Hi,

Please see the attached link, which is the contents of a letter sent (April 9,2004) to Pyng by the FDA. Has this situation been rectified? Has there been any corporate announcements regarding this issue?

A concerned shareholder,

Steve

Are you guys for real? Stang and the rest on stangs bandwagon, have you read the current releases? It would seem that this old issue was taken care of long ago. Stop making out like it is a new development, that letter was posted on the net about a year ago, it has been dealt with. Read below.

Pyng's management systems recertified after audit

2005-07-29 19:59 ET - News Release

Mr. Michael Jacobs reports

PYNG MEDICAL CORP RECERTIFIES ITS WORLD CLASS QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Pyng Medical Corp. has recertified its world-class quality management systems. A recent surveillance audit by S.G.S International, Pyng Medical-accredited third party registrar and notified body, was performed to ISO 9001:2000, ISO 13485:2003, Canadian medical device regulations and Medical Directive 93/42/EEC Annex II (excluding Section 4) for CE Marking. The company is already in full compliance to FDA's quality system requirements.

The registration audit and the surveillance audit in both instances had no major non-conformances and also no minor non-conformances.

This accomplishment is very significant in that Pyng Medical has now accomplished back-to-back audits with no non-conformances. This is testament to Pyng Medical adherence to producing high-quality product to all international standards under Pyng Medical quality-control management.

Pyng Medical has had significant changes, including organizational restructuring, incredible growth, increased production and supplier changes, all of which tested the robustness of Pyng's quality systems. The S.G.S. International audit confirms the standards by which Pyng Medical is delivering its products.

The company also recognizes the importance of its quality system, in-house production capacity, such as its class 10,000 clean room and engineering capabilities, as all being key and integral components of its strategic plan to broaden its product line.

We seek Safe Harbor.
