Quit covering up for Bush and FEMA's negligence.

Governor Blanco might have done more, as Governor Barbour should have, but they were both strapped by having half her Guard resources in Iraq.

New Orleans could not have been managed by state resources alone. This required a massive federal effort. 75% of what they needed was on the federal level. But the help wasn't there until 3-4 days after the flood. Until after Bush decided to finally end his vacation and BS Iraq speeches.

Inexcuseable.
