Bush doesn't get it. Sea Levels around the world, including the Gulf Coast, are rising because of Global Warming. The increased sea level over the past 50 years plus the warmer water contributed to the destruction of Katrina. Bush will not approve or propose a constructive solution because he doesn't believe in global warming.

The "Blame Game" - what nonsense

Look I've seen some right wingers on this thread try to blame Clinton for the flood.

This is a situation where blame should be assigned.

Bush has his finger on the trigger. Bush spouts off about the importance of security every chance he gets. He was portrayed as a strong leader during the election. Now that’s all blown up in his face labeling criticism a "blame game" seems pretty weak.

Did you know the Armed forces cannot move without presidential authority? They were ready but the order never came - not until the media criticism and public outcry started.

Bush should have been prepared after all what is the point of homeland security if it isn't able to respond to a national crisis?

Bush and his political appointees failed and no you can’t blame Clinton.
