Yes, I meant the Democrats in the Senate were stalling.

I don't care if Hillary joins the Republican Party and declares herself a right wing extremist, I'm never going to vote for her. I'm quite confidant that she will vote in such a way as to advance her chances in 08.

I thought she was FOR FEMA......

I have yet to see exactly what FEMA was supposed to do (other than be miracle workers, and have every stick of needed materials at the border of NO and environs, ready to blow in as soon as the hurricane blew out...)

But seriously, have we seen a plan on what FEMA is to do and the deadline to do it is what?????
