Quit attacking people who are trying to save lives. You should be attacking those who failed to act for 3-4 days when they could have and should have. Those are the only humans guilty in this situation. Those who had the power to save lives, but for some reason didn't. For instance, who failed to order the USS Bataan into New Orleans the day after Katrina when it was sitting out there ready to help with nothing to do? Who? That bit of negligence alone could have cost hundreds of lives. The USS Bataan has 600 hospital beds, 6 largeh choppers, small rescue craft and the capacity to deliver a million bottles of fresh water.
