If rebuilding on the taxpayer dime is so great, how about having taxpayers gift Disney with a 20 billion dollar theme park, say, in Montana, to draw tourists to that fine state? It's a shame not to have Mother Nature destroy a bunch of stuff first, by heck, instead of waiting, why not just beat her to the punch and build something fun, and NOW!
