Also, those close to poverty, without health care and with no job security have all sky-rocketed under Bush.

Affluent whites are doing better though, those with large investments in stock and real estate.

The federal treasury is the biggest victim of all though, trilliong in new debt after Clinton worked so hard to balance the budgets and create surpluses for the first time since 1960. Asa result, the dolllar has dropped 40% and Social Security is in greater danger.
