RIGHT. BLANCO DECLARED SOE ON AUGUST 26th!!!!!! Thank you. It is still not her fault (or Clinton's or the French) that Bush is the laziest slug in the history of the country and couldn't be bothered to get the heck off of his 5 week vacation. It's astonishing isn't it, people are DROWNING, DROWNING in the middle of a major american city and Condie Rice is shopping for shoes instead of organizing foreign aid and planning strategy just in case someone takes advantage of the disaster. Shopping FOR SHOES. Why isn't major corporate media outraged down to their very toes about this?
