No, you won't see a pending status on Realtor.com--you will see the exact status in the local MLS systems, however. (That's only one reason why I use alternative sources of info and avoid Realtor.com).

Even in my favorite local alternative listing search engine, I can see the "contingent contract" status, but won't see the listing any more once it goes into full-blown "contract" status, and later the "sold" status.

State customs differ as to what to call a particular contract status, too, so that's maybe why Realtor.com is designed to keep things simple and not show all the details which will only confuse people.

Realtor.com really can't be relied upon to be anything more than a general overview of real estate in particular areas--not an up-to-the-minute snapshot.
