You just need to say proudly: "I and the looters, rapists and killers of New Orleans have a common cause, which is to blame George W. Bush for everything that has happened in New Orleans. And I will work together with my fellow party memebers, the teachers, nurses, union members, looters, rapists and muggers to defeat George W. Bush". Of course, Bush is responsible......Homeland Security and FEMA report directly to him. Who do YOU think is reponsible......Osama bin Ladin? Chirac? Schroeder? The buck stops at Bush.....deal with it! Well, he is not up for reelection, but don't sweat the small stuff. No, but many GOP politicians are up for re-election next year. The presidency either has coattails or he doesn't. What was Bush's rating BEFORE the disaster?
