Usually not. Realize though that it isn't the e. coli in and of itself. E. coli is easy to test for and it considered to be a sure sign of significant raw sewage contamination and all of its attendant virii and bacteria. It's the other stuff that is the big problem.


They've found what they're calling a cholera like bacteria in the water. Doesn't sound good.
