Bush has also miserably failed on Iraq. When Clinton wanted to take out a well-armed dictator named Milosovic, he banded with allies and took him out without suffering a single US casualty.

Clinton turns out to be mas macho than Bush after all, and a whole lot smarter, more caring and more honest. No comparison on all kind of levels. Only thing Bush is better at is lying, stealing money and cheating on elections.
