The pictures on television do show some of the refineries sitting in "lakes".

Pascagoula has repair work to do, but they're going to do a first class job of providing for their employees.

According to fuelgaugereport.com
pump prices are at $3.04 today nationwide. Finally East Coast pay more than in Kalipornia.
A month ago they were $2.33 and a year ago at $1.84.

EDIT: All this is of course very bullish. Dow will hit 36,000 when gas is at $7 per gallon. -ng-
