Man, thats a tough call. I'd say the pilots were morally correct, their superior technically correct. About the only negative I can find to say is that the Superior ought to have better judgement than to make a big deal out of it seeing as it was successful. On the other hand, had something gone wrong those pilots operating outside of authority probably would have been in a heap of trouble. jdn
